We are sad to announce that on May 6, 2026, at the age of 61, Billy Eugene Dugger of Edmonton, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Dugger and Grace Smith Dugger; and his sister Donita Blackburn. He is survived by: his siblings, Phillip Smith, Jeff Dugger and Kathy Dugger of Edmonton; his aunt Margaret Hensley; his nephew Jon Strode (Becky); and his cousins, Eddie Hensley (Debbie) and Moe Hensley (Erica).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the Butler Funeral Home (201 East St, Edmonton, KY 42129). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Butler Funeral Home to help with burial expense.
