He is survived by: his daughter Danielle Lee Polson (Mallory) of Glasgow; his stepdaughter Stacy Harper (Jason) of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Kinzy Froedge (Logan) of Edmonton, Tyler Croft (Whitney) of Glasgow, John Croft of Cave City, Kendall Croft of Cave City, Cody Butler (Nakeya) of Edmonton, Destiny Priddy (Travis) of Sonora, Jaycie Harper of Edmonton and Jase Harper of Edmonton; his great grandchildren, Luna, Lailah Croft, Dezmin, Luca Butler, Bryson and Waylon Priddy; his sister Gayle Polson of Campbellsville; his niece Gina South of Florida; and his friend Quinton Hollins of Edmonton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in David's honor to the Wounded Warrior Project.
