She is survived by: her son Evan Clay Andrews of Tompkinsville; her siblings, Kimberly Jones, Tamya Jones of Bowling Green and Dennis Booze; her uncle Scotty Jones; and her cousin Regina Jones (Harold Hammer). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
