She was predeceased by : her father James William Blakley (Jim); her husband Donnie Devore; her siblings, Ina Ruth England (Joe Henry), Reba Smith (Dewey), Bertha Blankenship (Elmer), Willie (Falling Leaf), J. B. (Frances), Chester (Charlotte), Odell and Raymond Blakley; the father of her children Leslie England; her stepmother Ludie Blakley; and her sister-in-law Clara E. Blakley.
She is survived by : her daughters, Brenda England Frazier (Wendell) and Betty England Jones; her grandchildren, Jamie Frazier (Whitley), Jennifer Pielemeier (Jay), Charles Jones III (Tarren) and Anthony Jones; her great grandchildren, Lynnley Frazier, Charles Jones IV, Evie, Ali Pielemeier and Jesse Jones; her stepchildren, David Devore (Dawn), Miranda, Boston and Ann Devore-Birge (Christopher); and her brothers, Cecil (Julieanne), Arnold (Martha), James (Donita) and Charles Perry Blakley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hosparus of Southern Kentucky.
