It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Eugene Goodman of Edmonton, Kentucky, who passed away on January 9, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Goodman and Marjorie Bryant Goodman; his wife Cynthia Lynn Goodman; his sister Jo Lynn Chaney; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Emberton, Marcella Froggett, Tina Warf and Rodney Pruitt.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Goodman (Jennifer) of Munfordville, KY, Shaun Goodman (Melissa) and Justin Hamlett of Edmonton, KY; his grandchildren, Brittany Lile, Gage Goodman, Zak Wilson, Jadyn Goodman, Aiden Hamlett, Millie Hamlett and Jessalyn Hamlett; his great grandchildren, Kaeson and Hudson Lile; his brother Steve Goodman (Alicia) of Park City, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Lecia Pruitt, Angie Branham (Richard) and Charles Emberton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
