He was predeceased by: his parents, Finis Stephens and Beaulah Froedge Stephens; his siblings, Martha Bragg (Bill), Marie Lytle (Ron), Elizabeth Shirley (Bobby), Rondyl Stephens and Jessie Stephens; and his half-siblings, Theamon Stephens, Raymon Stephens (Delphia), Robert Stephens (Bernice), Vera Mae Dubree (Lester) and Vada Jane Koqiak (Bill).
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Fancher (Dennis) of Glasgow and Jim Stephens of Sellersburg, IN; his sister-in-law Kendall Stephens of Summer Shade; and his caregivers, Wood and Betty Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, special neighbors.
