He is survived by: his children, Becky Matkovich, Dee Dee Booth (Willard), John Thompson Jr. (Nancy) and Donna Young; his grandchildren, Nicholas Matkovich, Rachel Matkovich, Katrina Zettlmeier and Amyah Myers (Nathaniel); and his sister Minnie Thompson. He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
