He is survived by: his father Michael Cundari Sr.; his children, Jason Cundari (Megan) of Glasgow and Jennifer Thompson of Edmonton; his grandchildren, Taylyn "Tater" Wright, Jayden Thompson, Aleeah Thompson, Adriana Cundari, Braxton Watson, Chase Watson and Rylan Muse (Christie Blaydes); his stepdaughter Kelsey Muse (Grayson); and his siblings, Phillip Cundari, Bobby Cundari, Jackie Cundari and Laura Zakowski. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 8:00 AM at the Butler Funeral Home (201 East St, Edmonton, KY 42129). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
