She is survived by: her husband John David Thompson; her daughter Jane Bishop; her grandson William Clay Bishop (Katelyn); her great grandchild Abigail Martha Bishop; and her stepsons, John Thompson (Kimberly) and David Thompson (Julie).
A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Edmonton Cemetery (177 Dunham St, Edmonton, KY 42129).
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Metcalfe County Animal Shelter.
