He was predeceased by: his father Ray Phillip Spradlin; his sister Marcella Spradlin; and his stepfather David Sidebottom. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Scott Spradlin Sidebottom of Greensburg; his sisters, Emily Greer of Glasgow and Rebecca Harlow (Bobby) of Glasgow; and his stepbrothers, David Lewis Sidebottom (Terri), Jonah Sidebottom and Larkin Sidebottom (Roxye). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Butler Funeral Home (201 East St, Edmonton, KY 42129). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
