He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Fields and Geneva Taylor Fields. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Froedge Fields of Edmonton Two; his children, Ricky Fields, Jr. of Edmonton One, Justin Fields of Edmonton One and Samantha Fields of Louisville One; and his sister Lisa Doss of Edmonton Five. He is also survived by Five grandchildren.
