He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Pruitt and Margie Pruitt; his sister Darlene Gassaway; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Emberton, Marcella Froggett, Cynthia Goodman and Tina Warf; and his nieces, Emily Robyn Hurt and Whitney Barcel Emberton.
He is survived by: his wife Lecia Lynn Pruitt; his children, Heather Pruitt Jessie (Josh) and Nathan Pruitt; his grandchildren, Oakley, Rilie (Clayton), Hudson, Ozzy and Leo Kullen (Dogman); his sister Charlotte Gassaway (Jerry Dale); and his siblings-in-law, Angie Branham (Richard), Charles Emberton, Gary Goodman and Quentin Warf. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and so many friends.
In lieu of flowers at Rodney's request donations may be made to Kosair Children's Hospital, The Ronald McDonald House Charity, St. Jude's Research Hosptial or the KY Organ Donor Affiliates.
