She is survived by: her children, Chris Shaw (April) of Edmonton, KY, Daniel Shaw of Edmonton, KY and Michelle Gillentine (Danny) of Glasgow, KY; her close friend Grant Sacra of Edmonton, KY; her sisters, Sue Melson (Estill) and Cathy Walker (Tony) of Edmonton, KY; and her granddaughter Madison Gillentine of Nashville, TN.
