He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Taylor and Marie Mathews Taylor; and his siblings, Ronnie, Rita and Dana.

He is survived by: his children, Amy Taylor and Chris Taylor (Carol); his grandchildren, Dylan and McKenzie Taylor; his stepgrandchildren, Nick and Taylor; his brother Danny Taylor; his brother-in-law Rihard Spillman (Polly); his aunt Mabel Moran (Billy); and his close friend Denissa Garrett. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and 1'st cousins.
