Bart will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Though Bart is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Bart’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenny Miller and Marlene Huffines Jones; his wife F. J. Miller; and his stepfather Ickey Jones. He is survived by: his sons, Richard Dewayne Miller of Ekron and Keith Miller of Ekron; and his brother Doug Miller (Maria) of Brandenburg, KY. He is also survived by 2 sisters; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bruington-Jenkins-Sturgeon Funeral Home (198 Lawrence St, Brandenburg, KY 40108). A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the funeral home to assist the family at this time.
