He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Howard and Opal Howard; his close friend Cheryl Morris; his daughter Tina Spink; his brother-in-law Donnie Morris; and his nephews, David Morris and DJ Howard.
He is survived by: his grandson Cody Spink of Battletown, KY; his siblings, Diane Howard, Sandra Morris, Pete (Lois), Howard of Mt Washington, KY and Danny (Lisa); and his close friend Shannon Short. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
