“I went to school with Doug for a lot of years and was in the same graduating class. I remember Doug as kind to everybody he came in contact with. He was very quiet most of the time so when he spoke you knew to listen. He treated every person with respect even as a grammar school student. Doug was one of those people that "was raised right." Not sure of his religious views, but I do know he was a walking testimony of Jesus. His actions shown as an example to me especially and a beacon to all”
