He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Vessels and Sandra Lee Niedert; his stepfather Edward Louis Niedert; his aunt Anna Jane Myers; and his uncles, Robert Morris and William Wesley Goodlett.
He is survived by: his wife Michelle Vessels; his children, Caley (Jory), Ethan Vessels, Jimmy, Danny (Ashley), Nikki (Heidi), Kristina (Ashley), Austin, Cody and Kassidy Raisor; his grandchildren, Grayson, Ember, Everlee, Hayden, Cambron, Madilyn, Jayden, Adriana, Eliza, Paisley, Shelby and Jake; his great grandchild Raelyn; his sisters, Crystal Edwards, Debbie, Missy Thompson and Sandy West; and his stepbrother Edward Louis Niedert, II.
