He is survived by: his wife Amber Goins; his son Zackery Goins; his stepsons, Curtis and Wesley O'Banion; his mother Judy Phiefer; his siblings, Tracy Parker, Troy Dale Dupin, Tammy Nash and Andrew Goins; his stepmother Cindy Goins; his stepbrother Shayne Ross; and his brother Larry Goins. He is also survived by several aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
