It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Burrell of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, born in Gonzales, Texas, who passed away on May 7, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Bobby departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Bobby may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Bobby leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Burrell and Paula Sparks; and his sister Paula Lambright. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Burrell; his children, Daniel Burrell (Christy), Granger Gilley, Nikki Dawson (Mike) and Michelle Stehling (Jonathan); and his siblings, Rick Burrell, Michael Sparks and Barbara Ogg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grand children.
