He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby S. Pennington and Sarah Routt Pennington. He is survived by: his siblings, Cassandra "Sandy Pennington" Buchanan of Florida, Tony Pennington of Sonora and Dennis Pennington of Florida; and his siblings' children, Sarah Thomas and Matthew Thomas.
