He is survived by: his wife Mavis Bell; his daughter Cheryl Ann Harlow (Adam); his brother Roy J. Bell, III (Andrea); his grandchildren, Jocelyn and Ava; and his pet Bo.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trowbridge Funeral Home - Elizabethtown (234 W Dixie Ave, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at the Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens (3817 Leitchfield Rd, Elizabethtown, KY 42724).
