He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Kelly and Bessie Virgina Shifflett Kelly; and his brothers, James Lunceford and Charlie Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Perez Kelly; his daughters, Rachel and Rebecca Kelly; his siblings, Stevie Kelly, Ruby Freeman, Stella Hoffman and Joyce Towe; and his nephew Michael Lunceford.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Trowbridge Funeral Home - Elizabethtown (234 W Dixie Ave, Elizabethtown, KY 42701).
