He was predeceased by: his significant other Linda Sue Jones; his parents, Jack Meredith and Mary Lee McAleer Watterson; and his brother-in-law Karl Barth. He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Barth, Michael Watterson (Gayle) and Patti Guy (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Karl Barth, Jr., Cindy Clegg, Sami Jo Rezzo, Sarah Watterson, Nathan Guy and Jason Guy.
