He is survived by: his significant other Pamela Goins of Elizabethtown, KY.; his children, Christopher Sandfer of Elizabethtown, KY and Jessica Meredith (John) of Glendale, KY; his brother Elbert Goins (Jeanie) of Cecilia, KY; his grandchildren, Cole Meredith, Matthew Sandfer and Kayla Sandfer; and his pet Abby.
