He was predeceased by: his parents, Kent Allan Scott and Elizabeth Van Cleave Scott. He is survived by: his wife Jana Lynn Cooley Scott; his children, Karen Richards (James), Beth Killian (Daniel), Daniel Scott and Alyssa Scott; his grandchild Declan Richards; and his siblings, Nancy Boccuzzi (Sal), Sharon McCann (Eric Behrman), Steve Scott (Sonya) and Calvin Scott (Kris). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Christian Church (1811 N Miles St, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
