He is survived by: his children, Jordan Wease of Elizabethtown, KY, Melody Evans of Elizabethtown, KY, Susan McCamish (Jared) of Glasgow, KY and Shonta Lanham (Craig) of Cecilia, KY; his siblings, Paula Coogle (Marshall), Peggy Evans and Johnny Evans; his grandchildren, Larissa Godsey, Brett Lanham, Jasmine "Carter" Wilborn, Colton Thurman, Dakota Lanham, Alexis Evans, Lily "Lily Bug" Edwards, Lexi Lanham and Bryson Lanham; his great grandchildren, Kenley Godsey, Peyton Day, Austin Wease, Keaton Wilborn, Hudson Wilborn, Jackson Thurman and Mason Thurman; and his close friend Flo Evans. He is also survived by his family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Manakee Funeral Home - Elizabethtown (2098 Leitchfield Rd, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
