He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arther and Morna Eastridge; and his sisters, Shirley Ramsey and Violette McMurtry. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Shipp Eastridge; his children, Sindy Durham (Arleigh), Mike Eastridge (Lorie) and Christy Vertrees; his siblings, Pat Eastridge (Donetta) and Patty Chaudoin; and his grandchildren, Caleb Eastridge (Kimberly), Hillary Taylor (Josh), David Durham (Audrey-Anna), Morgan Durham (Drew), Layla Vertrees (Brantley), Lillian Vertrees and Lacey Vertrees. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
