He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Anderson and Emma Belle Perry Cundiff; and his siblings, Beula Brown, Allene Tuin, Hubert, Kenneth, Lavern and David Cundiff.
He is survived by: his children, Richard Cundiff (Ronda) and Kimberly Scott (John); his grandchildren, Josh Beam (Catherine), Richie Cundiff (Brittany), Ashley Medley-Collins (Shannon) and Christoper Scott; and his great grandchildren, Austin Bean, Emma Cundiff, Raelynn Cundiff, Morgan Cundiff, Hailey Holtzclaw (JT), Lucas Burnett and Dollie Collins.
