With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lenora Spencer of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 11, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Lenora's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Lenora's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Clark and Bertha Howard Clark; her husband Ernie Spencer; and her son Gerald "Butch" Spencer. She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Spaulding, Gayle Cochran (Sam), Donna Hiser (Kenneth) and Becky Stewart; and her siblings, Joe Clark, Monica Grant and Moggie Latiner. She is also survived by three grandaughters, one grandson; four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chism Family Funeral Home (769 Highland Ave, Vine Grove, KY 40175). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
