He was predeceased by: his parents, Miley B. Spear and Orbazine Barnett Faulkner; and his brothers, Ronnie Spear and Vestal Spear. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Spear of Elizabethtown; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Ritchie Jenkins of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, Matthew Jenkins, Michael Jenkins and Alexandria Jenkins; his sisters, Linda Richerson of Campbellsville and Brenda Argo of Norman, Oklahoma; and his half-brother Otis Puryear of Greensburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home (418 Lebanon Ave, Campbellsville, KY 42718). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
