He was predeceased by: his mother Lorine; his siblings, Diane Ludwig, Tony Davis, Robert Davis, Ricky Davis and Jenny Davis; his grandmother Mattie Davis; his daughter Amber Davis; and his stepson Derek Dimitri (Dana Davis).
He is survived by: his daughters, Amanda Davis and Megan Cornish (Cameron); his stepdaughter Brittany Doolin (Jay); his siblings, Donna Melanson (Bernie), Troy Davis (April) and Vicky Haycox (Michael); and his grandchildren, JJ, Emersyn, Addison and Wrigley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schmid Funeral Home (9500 Hwy 44 E, Mt Washington, KY 40047). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your local Humane Society— Mike's dogs meant the world to him and he would love for his memory to continue in helping all pets find safe homes!
