He is survived by: his wife Mona Fizer of Elizabethtown, KY; his children, Josh Morgan of Louisville, KY and Audrianna Fizer of Nashville, TN; his stepchildren, Jessica Taylor and Trevor Taylor; his grandchildren, Zoey, Isaiah, Braylee, Lily and Jaxston; his siblings, Susie DeRuiter (Mike) of Radcliff, KY, Lance Fizer (Angie) of Elizabethtown, KY, Carl Everhart (Kelly) of Radcliff, KY and Shay Fizer (Meka) of Radcliff, KY; his stepparents, Leslie Seamster of Radcliff, KY and Debbie Fizer; and his stepsister Brook Dorris of Radcliff, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
