She is survived by: her significant other Ronnie Booker of Elizabethtown, KY.; her son Gerald Booker (Kimberly) of Elizabethtown, KY; her siblings, Shirley Wease of Upton, KY, Donnie Hornback of Upton, KY and Doug Hornback; and her grandchild Ema Booker of Lexington, KY..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Center Point Missionary Baptist Church (2516 Center Point Rd, Sonora, KY 42776).
