He is survived by: his children, Dana Peters of Sonora, KY and Tracy Evans (Stephanie); his sisters, Peggy Ammons and Paula Coogle (Marshall); and his close friends, Margaret and Bob. He is also survived by his four grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
