He is survived by: his mother Louise Lewis (Henry); his children, Roger Hager Jr. (Angel), Tia Hager (Lance) and Brandy Burnett; the parent of his children Gail Hager; his sisters, Peggy Huck (Ron), Reba Williams and Carla Fenwick (Paul); his uncle Arnold Lucas; and his aunt Bessie Sutton.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Life Vision Church (16 Hoover Hollow Rd, Eastview, KY 42732). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
