It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Scott Anthony York of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, born in West Memphis, Arkansas, who passed away on January 15, 2026, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, JoAnn Elder and Gene York. He is survived by: his wife Barbara York (Baney); his daughter Alecia Karr (Adam Karr); his brother Paul York (Kathy); his stepchildren, Mary Conder (Dewayne Conder), Francis Ball Jr. (Brandee Ball) and Amanda Fahlberg (Zach Fahlberg); his pet Zoey; and his grandchildren, Brooke, Bridgett, Chesney, Kylie, Zander, Scarlett and Willow. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
