He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Highbaugh and Shirley Puckett; and his brothers, J. W. Highbaugh and Denny McClain. He is survived by: his daughter Tonya Lynn Highbaugh of Elizabethtown, KY; his stepdaughter Stephanie; and his granddaughter Liberty.
