He is survived by: his wife QingJiao Teng Richter; his children, Joshua Richter (Natali) and Rebecca Richter; his grandchildren, Quintin, Haylee, Sophia and Nora; his brothers, Robert Brian DeLaney (Maggie), Michael Richter (Marena), Steven Richter (Jamie), Christopher Richter (Diana) and Johnny Richter (Vicki); and his stepmother Sharon Richter.
