He is survived by: his wife Tina Louise Clark; his mother Raphael Nadine Clark; his children, Thomas Clark, Jr. (Teresa), Johnathan Clark, Theodore Clark, Zach Rains (Jessica), Sarah Killion and Heather Killion; and his siblings, Bobby Clark and Tammy Cordova. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
