He is survived by: his granddaughter Alicia Perkins of Elizabethtown, KY; his girlfriend Beverly Lacefield of Elizabethtown, KY; his sisters, Charlotte Houk Masterson (Tommy) of Elizabethtown, KY, Theresa Houk Travis (Todd) of Elizabethtown, KY and Lisa Houk Jennings of New Albany, IN; his great grandchild Maela Joyce Clark; his children, Paige Lacefield of Elizabethtown, KY and Trenton Waymon of Campbellsville, KY; his granddaughters, Grace and Cici Waymon; and his nieces and nephews, Grace Jennings, Taylor Houk, Jason Masterson, Kevin Patterson, Travis Patterson and Eric Patterson.
