He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Ilene Combest; his grandparents, Edward J., Lottie Belle Schultz, Jack and Virginia Pearl Tice; and his stepbrother Larry David Fluhr.
He is survived by: his father Thomas H. Schultz (Dorothy); his daughter Jessica Miller (Nick); his sister Leslie Schultz; his stepsiblings, Bonnie Winebrenner (Rob), Kim Fluhr and Tony Fluhr; and his grandchildren, Ethan and Rosalie Paul.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trowbridge Funeral Home (118 E Oak St, Lebanon Junction, KY 40150). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
