He was predeceased by: his father Gary DeVaun Tooker; and his grandparents, Samuel, Annabelle Farris, DeVaun Tooker and Alice Sherrill.
He is survived by: his children, Dustin, Brandon and Destiny Tooker; his mother Sandy Farris Tooker Davis (Ed); and his brothers, Todd Tooker, Rodd Tooker (Lisa), Troy Tooker, Chad Tooker, Shane Tooker (Lisa) and Jason Tooker (Sarah).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the New Horizon Baptist Fellowship (864 W Rhudes Creek Rd, Glendale, KY 42740).
