She was predeceased by: her husband Thurman Richard Neal; and her sons, David Williams and Richard Kendall Neal. She is survived by: her daughters, Loretta Ponce (Albert) of Radcliff, KY and Debbi Rios (Art) of California. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and a host of extended family & friends.
