He is survived by: his wife Nellie Mae Wagoner Cox of Elk Horn; his children, Gary Cox (Linette), Larry Cox (Debbie) of Campbellsville and Melinda Neal (Kenneth) of Elk Horn; his grandchildren, Shane Cox (Ronna), Bethany Cox, Hannah Borlovan (Josh), Ivy Neal, Lily Neal of Campbellsville, Ryan Cox (Wendy) of Indiana, Moriah Johnson (Andrew) and Chloe Johnson (Levi) of Ohio; his great grandchildren, Peyton Cox (Jordann), Karlie Cox, Kendall Cox, Malachi Cox, Callie Cox, Josiah Borlovan, Banks Borlovan, Bowen Borlovan, Sunny Borlovan, Thea Johnson and Finn Johnson; and his great great grandchild Boone Cox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
