He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Emmitt Trulock. He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Lynn Evans Trulock of Elk Horn; his children, Logan Emmitt Trulock of Campbellsville and Laidyn Tyler Long of Green County; and his siblings, Chris Trulock (Sabrina) of Campbellsville, Tracy Rhein (Allen) of Casey County and Tiffany Henderson (Josh) of Hart County. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, one great-niece, one great-nephew and many other relatives and friends.
