She is survived by: her children, Angela (David Elliott) and Shannon (Crystal O'Neal); her grandson Tyler Griffin; and her siblings, Karen Vance of Campton, KY, Patricia (Terry Bowling), Steve, Virlie Howard, Walter Howard Jr. and Ray Howard.
