He is survived by: his wife Melissa Wallace of Elkhorn City, KY; his daughters, Michelle Clough (Brian) of Elkhorn City, KY, Katlyn Perkins (Roy) of Elkhorn City, KY and Whitney Bartley of Elkhorn City, KY; his grandchildren, Savannah Clough, Aiden Clough, Mia Baker, Kade Baker, Layla Perkins, Zaden Ramey and Zoey Ramey; and his sisters, Rita Adkins and Julie Wallace Adkins.
