He is survived by: his daughter Traci Cantrell of Elkhorn City, KY; his grandchildren, Jase Cantrell, Savannah Dawn Cantrell and Jayden Cantrell; and his siblings, Michael Cantrell of Chicago, IL, Richard Cantrell of Thailand and Anna Cantrell of Ashcamp, KY..
