He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Angie Caroline Slone Fields; and his siblings, John Wesley, Lonnie, Freddie Fields, Dorothy Lea Thacker, Betty Rafferty, Hazel Rundlett, Gloria Jean Fields and Ida Mae Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Chaney Fields; his daughter Jamie Denise Bolden; his grandchildren, Zackary Baker, Tyler Baker, Jesse James Bolden, Austin Bolden, Shane Bishop, Candice Bishop, Jonluke Fields and Aaron Fields; and his stepchildren, Jason Bishop and Madonna Fields.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 7:00 AM and on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Glory Bound Freewill Baptist Church (6718 Elkhorn Creek, Ashcamp, KY 41512).
